Relendra publishes her online journal, Open Heart, Open Mind, on Substack. Her articles explore societal issues in depth, intertwined with spiritual concerns and matters of the heart and conscience.
Relendra is also the author of the Pandastan Trilogy, a series of adventurous speculative fiction novels concerned with the spiritual roots of humankind’s destructive assault on the world and the self; and to present an alternative intainment of deep connection by which to guide our lives.

Relendra’s first album, Soul Retrieval, was released in May, 2022. She delivers depth, spirit, love, and thoughtful inquiry through her music, primarily grounded in the tradition of alternative pop/rock. Relendra’s videocast, Psyche and Spirit with Relendra, is available on YouTube, where Relendra discusses issues and experiences pertinent to the human condition, reads from her articles, and invites guests to join the show for discussion of psychological, spiritual, and philosophical topics. Relendra draws from her experience as a psychotherapist and from her studies in art, psychology, philosophy, mythology, and history to invite guided inquiry and exploration on matters of the soul.
